Privacy policy.

The short version
We use standard analytics to understand how people use this site, and a scheduling widget to book calls. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ads, and we don’t track you across the internet. If you become a client, your business data is protected by contract, not by this page.
What we collect on this site
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited, where visitors come from, and which links get clicked, including whether someone starts or completes booking a call. IP addresses are anonymized. This tells us things like “the pricing page gets read.” It doesn’t tell us who you are.
Booking a call. If you book a discovery call, the Calendly widget collects what you type in: your name, email, and anything you add to the booking. That goes to us and to Calendly, and we use it to run the meeting and follow up. Nothing else.
Email. If you write to hello@procurevenn.com, we have your email and what you sent. We use it to reply.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Not to anyone, ever.
- Run advertising or ad-network trackers on this site.
- Follow you across other websites.
- Send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish repeat visits (they look like _ga in your browser). You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google’s own opt-out browser add-on. The site works fine without them.
The services we rely on
Four third parties can touch data from this site, each with their own privacy policy: Google Analytics (site usage), Calendly (call booking), Vercel (website hosting, including standard server logs), and YouTube (our overview video, and only if you choose to play it: we use the privacy-enhanced player, which loads nothing from YouTube until you press play).
If you become a client
The spend data, supplier information, and financial records clients share with us in an engagement are a different matter entirely. They’re governed by your services agreement and NDA, held in segregated client environments, and never touched by website analytics. Your data is your data: whenever you want it back, we give it to you.
